Trauma Therapy in my clinic

Working with individual and collective trauma healing

Symptoms and their roots

After about ten years of working in the clinic with many patients with TCM, I saw that almost always behind every pathology somewhere deep down is a trauma from the past.

In Chinese medicine there is a concept of the branch and the root. The branches are the symptoms and the root is the source of the problem. Of course, we will treat the branch / symptoms to get an improvement in the quality of life, but we will always try to find the root and treat it so that the pathology does not return again and again. Through this kind of investigation, we find many times that at the root sits a trauma from the past that asks to be addressed and treated.

Trauma Therapie Freiburg

For several years I dived into the study of the work with trauma. I chose to study with one of the most important teachers of our time, Thomas Hübl. His approach in working with trauma is one that is very respectful of the post-traumatic response and the intelligence behind it. There is a way to work with it with sensitivity and delicacy and a great deal of respect.

This work encourages healing through building a strong, stable and safe container that allows the contents to rise from the subconscious to the conscious so that we can process them, digest the information stored in them and integrate them into our new and evolving being.

Over the past years, I studied trauma work in the following courses:
• Collective ancestral and personal trauma healing journey
• Trauma informed leadership
• Ancestral trauma healing journey
• Connect Restore Reclaim - IFS approach to trauma healing
• Spiritual trauma healing journey

Trauma therapy in my clinic takes place primarily through conversation, for which we take a lot of time. During the conversation, we carefully and cautiously approach traumatic experiences that have occurred in the past.

Trauma Therapy and TCM

In my clinic I combine working with trauma in a deep way together with Chinese medicine. The treatments include conversations, joint practices that will enable an internal journey to the sources of the trauma.

Applying Chinese acupuncture supports the system and regulates the nervous system in order to enable work with such delicate and sensitive content.
